A slitting machine is a device for slitting various rolled materials, which is widely used in industry. However, improper use during use may bring danger. So what should be paid attention to when using a slitting machine?
When using the slitting machine, attention should be paid to the fact that when the staff combine the winding power supply of the slitting machine equipment, the equipment should be idle for a period of time, and the running parts of the machine should be checked for foreign objects and obstacles, and the running parts should be lubricated. After completing the slitting operation of a roll of material, disconnect the winding power supply, press the unloading button, and the material roll will automatically stabilize and enter the ground through the hydraulic rocker arm.
Generally, before starting the slitting machine equipment, the staff must complete a series of inspections to confirm that it is normal before starting the equipment for work. Of course, being well prepared is also necessary. For example, according to actual processing requirements, the prepared drum core is installed on the drum in advance, and the cutting drum is placed on the drum seat, arranging the position of each drum.
Next, the staff also needs to press the sliding button of the knife bed, mainly to facilitate the roller pressing to the roller surface of the extension equipment. Then adjust the blade appropriately to match the core tube on the drum, and then lock the blade. In addition, the upper and lower cutting axes should be adjusted appropriately to ensure a depth of about 1.5mm. Close the upper blade to ensure even force distribution.
The main technical difficulties in the development and improvement process of the slitting machine equipment include three aspects:
Firstly, during the slitting process, the tension of the strip steel should be controlled to ensure the flatness of the slitting end face;
Secondly, it is necessary to appropriately control the degree of conflict between the surface of the belt, so that the surface accuracy of the belt meets the requirements;
Finally, it is necessary to further improve the automation level of slitting in order to improve equipment performance and reduce labor intensity.
