What is a rewinder

time: 2024/1/12 Hits :789

A rewinder is a specialized equipment for papermaking, which is used to sequentially rewind the paper rolls (called raw paper rolls) produced by the papermaking machine. After rewinding, the paper is made into finished paper and leaves the factory.
At present, using AC drive instead of DC drive for rewinding machines has become a development trend in the paper machinery industry. The paper roll produced by the paper rolling machine is relatively soft, with possible internal damage or breakage, uneven edges on both sides, and a wide width of paper. It cannot be directly used in paper processing or printing machines. Most types of paper (such as newsprint, letterpress printing paper, packaging paper, etc.) must be cut, cut, spliced, and re rolled on the core of the paper roll to form a finished paper roll with a certain specification and tightness requirement before leaving the factory. The rewinding process mainly completes three tasks:
Firstly, cut off the rough edges of the original paper;
Secondly, divide the entire original paper into several widths that meet the user's specifications;
Thirdly, control the diameter of the finished paper roll to meet the factory specifications.
